Responsibilities:

• Creating overall strategy for Marketing and Positioning over the next years.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth. Understand the needs of our target audience, which includes dental professionals, and ensure messaging resonates with them.
• Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to drive high performance.
• Build and maintain a strong brand identity and brand message that resonates with our target audience.
• Create and execute demand generation programs that increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
• Partner with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with external partners such as agencies, vendors, and industry organizations to drive thought leadership and establish our company as a leader in the dental and medtech industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• sufficient years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, brand building, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing and leading high-performing marketing teams (preferably remote)
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective marketing programs and campaigns.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Talent for PR – earned media
• Experience with marketing technology and tools such as marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of the dental industry and dental professionals is highly preferred.
